Inventory & Service Requisition Platform
A one stop solution for putting in requisition for stationery, sundry items, computers & related items, furniture, electrical/electronic appliances, service/repair/maintenance requests and requests for other office supplies.
All office related requests for items/services mentioned above will be processed exclusively through Google Forms.
Please follow these simple steps to submit your requisitions:
Step 1: Click on the provided Google Form link or scan the QR code (you can use app such as Paytm, Phonepe also for scanning) using your smartphone or tablet.
Step 2: Fill out the required details in the form, including your details and the quantity of items needed.
Step 3: After filling out the information, click on Submit.
Your request will be automatically sent to the relevant section for processing.
